Signing up for contact with Sales doesn't work

I have entered my information in the signup page to receive contact from your Sales department and, after I have performed the validation sequence and pressed SUBMIT, I get a SYSTEM ERROR message in a red box. This happens every time.
How can I contact your Sales department when this does not work?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
