crowd-sourcing it (what's the name of the amazon or some service where people can find little jobs to do and get paid)
- quality of localisation and translation (e.g collctive inteligence combined to achieve better quality)
- a student-run entreprise: production, acquisition of titles, etc.

Developing a tool to map use and reuse of your OER.
"Defining the social graph for OER contributors" (project idea contributed by Daniel Latorre) - how are contributors getting and accumulating recognition for the work they do. Is it possible to create portable profiles of the contributions that they have made that can then be used for different purposes (recognition, reward, promotion, etc)
What system should be used? Ratings, points, etc?
