How have you used technology to enhance employability or employee learning?

In the STEEL project we are looking for examples of how technology has been used to enhance employability and/or employee learning. We'd be really interested to hear about examples in your institution. What was the problem you were trying to solve? What did you do? What happened? What has changed as a result? We are interested in module, course and institution-level interventions!
