For sharing and accessing files I would add Mendeley. I am finding this more and more useful as I continue to use it for organising, marking up and notetaking on Pdfs and for sharing documents using the 'groups' function.

There are loads of apps and tools that facilitate sharing, accesssing and collaboration among students and teachers.

One tool for sharing information with colleagues is Diigo  which allows you to annotate, access and share virtually anything on the web with anyone else or just your colleagues.

Another collaborative tool I came across recently is Voicethread. This allows users to share, and comment on artefacts like pictures or PowerPoint slides. Very useful.
