I work at Intel Labs Berkeley on a project called Dispute Finder. The aim of Dispute Finder is to let people know when information that they encounter is disputed by another source.

The Dispute Finder Search Engine Front-End tells you when a search result page contains information that is disputed by another site.

The Dispute Finder browser extension tells you when a web page you are reading contains disputed information.

We are also experimenting with a voice interface that tells you when you hear something disputed.
