2nd MEAD event, Deakin University 28th April - MEAD BECOMES VEAD
The second event will be hosted by Deakin University, and opened by the University Vice Chancellor, Professor Jane den Hollander. A networking lunch will be provided courtesy of the Victorian HERDSA branch, and the event will be facilitated by academic development staff from Victorian Universities. It is open to staff working in the area of Educational and Academic Development, with an interest in networking and collaborating on opportunities for professional development.
This event will focus on the topic identified as having the highest importance from a survey conducted at the end of last year post the Latrobe event; “Transition to Teaching and early career foundations for career development.” (Foundation Programs and Graduate Certificates of Higher Education)”.
