A produce or a process - balance of originality and value, learning that involves new understanding and new awareness, thinking skills. Innovation is application of such a process or product. Innovative teaching is the process of learning to creative learning.
Online technologies can foster creativity, provide means for critical thinking and higher order thinking skills etc (McLoughlin and Mynard, 2009)
Israel - 2010 population 7.6 M, 70% children jews, 24 % muslim arabs. Ben Arieh et al 2003
16% jews include those who came after 1990 from former USSR
