First World Education - Third World Solutions?
At the start of H800 we read of the application of learning technologies in Nepal, which was described as having poor transportation infrastructure. In effect, travel is expensive.
Many of my college's full time students are now paying £700 per year to get to college and back, and this stuation does not look like improving any time soon.
With the school leaving age about to rise to 18 and the immanent demise of the EMA, is it time for the UK to institute it's own online academy?
