Using technology to support learning and teaching with the Open University: Tutoring online, VLE tools, Blackboard Collaborate, Elluminate, Mobile Learning, videoconferencing. I contribute to staff development for our associate lecturers specialising in online delivery. This means both online and f2f training in ICT skills and the provision of resources and materials designed to ready and empower our tutors for teaching online.

From olds mooc i hope to share ideas about improving learning and better understand what learning design actually is. The processes, the theory and how to test it ie best measures of performance. Also to find some answers to challenges I face.
