I'm currently an Honorary research fellow at the University of Winchester, working with its Learning, Teaching and Developement Unit.

My interests include all aspects of e-learning, following on from a previous appoinment at Winchester as a Blended Learning Fellow.  Current interests include assessing the utility of social media for the creation of communities of practice in HE and its use in teaching, and the development and use of models of synchronous and asynchronous technologies in teaching.

I'm also interested in programming, currently of the Android platform using Eclipse.
