Activity 20 mins: Sharing CompendiumLD designs

There are a number of ways in which you can share CompendiumLD maps: as jpeg images, as interactive web maps or as a zipped map. You can then make these available for others to download via the web or you can simply send the jpeg, url link or zipped file as an email attachment or on a usb stick.

  • Use this cloud to share your jpeg images of your designs.
  • You can then upload the jpegs to a site like flckr or your own server
  • You can then add the image as embedded content once you have a direct URL for it.
  • The OpenLearn initiative (which is a repostitory of free Open Educational Resources, has an area called LabSpace in which you can upload and download compendium maps.
