The Design Bash is taking place in the Isis room the Oxford University Computer Service (OUCS) building. The link below provides travel information.  

We'll be starting around 10am  and finishing around 4pm. The day is really about participation so the agenda will be very flexible.  More information will be added to this cloud in the next couple of weeks.

10.00- 10.30  Registration tea/coffee

10.30 - 11.00- Introductions and overview (James Dalziel/Sheila MacNeill)

11.00 - 12.30 - Bashing begins  (form into related groups and share experiences, tools, designs etc)

12.30 - 1.30  LUNCH

1.30 - 3.00 - Continue bashing

3.00 - 4.00 Feedback plenary,  thoughts and actions from the day. 

Suggested areas for discussions

Representation of designs - who, what, where why and how of creating and using representations of designs to key stakeholders.

Sharing designs - where and how are designs stored? repositories? websites? What formats work best - structured packages (e.g.IMS LD) or high level summaries/case studies, visual representations? 

Workflows - what information in the wider curriculum design context needs to be shared and where? What are the key workflows? Where and how should they interoperate? What tools/standards can help facilitate this?

Tools - what tools are we using for designing learning activities? How can we allow for greater integration?
