Institutional Strategies for Open Educational Resources (OER)

Divided into local and international strategies, this event explores the impact of open educational resources (OER) on institutional strategies and government policy, and how this in turn affects sector engagement in OER.  It considers a variety of national and international OER projects, looking at the obstacles faced and successes achieved, and how these have impacted and influenced the respective host institution’s strategy, and policy more generally.

The event is aimed at those involved in developing policy and strategy within their institutions, and at those who feel an understanding of the continuous interplay of OER on policy and strategy and vice versa would be beneficial to their roles.
