How will KEK teachers be motivated to participate

Usually teachers are paid for their teaching time and are mostly interested in formal accreditations if they are to follow a teacher training course

He has to be more competitive in order to get the job

Is not at all familiar with learning design or using any IT tools for teaching and thus is sceptic about the actual benefits

He is worried that teaching material/methods he uses for teaching will be copied/ used by other teachers and thus his expertise and unique assets will be in jeopardy

Teachers are chosen for each course depending on the course requirements and teacher qualifications – it is a competitive process

Afraid that LD training is not so valuable for his courses on agro-tourism
