[Natasa Bozic Grojic]: My dream: Continuous online development for teachers

I am an EFL teacher and I have been in this job for 23 years. I have been a blogger for five years now and I am glad to say that I have managed to share a part of my teaching experience through blogging. That is, however, only a small part of what I have learnt from other teachers in my personal learning network.

I feel that blogging is a powerful tool for teachers to continue their development. A blog serves as a reflective journal that helps us see what we are doing well and what we need to improve. If we could create teaching tasks that we would then try in the classroom, if we could blog about them and, more importantly, if we could network and share, I believe all of us (no matter what subject we teach and who our students are) would benefit.

And that is my dream.

Hello Natasa

It is a good way for reflexive pratices. ( Portfolio is also a good method).

Kind regards

Thank you, Michele.

Ines, I have moved over here: http://cloudworks.ac.uk/cloud/view/7265 . Tony's group is very flexible and everyone is working on their own projects inside the larger group. If you write to Tony, I believe you will be able to join.

Even if I don't manage to finish OLDS MOOC, I will still do the blogging project and I will let you know when it happens, so that we can do it together. Feel free to suggest something if you have an idea.
