Ann Davis: My Dream: Reinforcement of New Hire training
In the corporate world, new hires are often subjected (within the first few days) of many, many courses from office safety to corporate security policies, and everything in between. Some of the courses are completed annually, while others only once. I am looking for ways to confirm long term understanding of policies and confirm they are making decisions based on the information found in the courses. After time, employees tend to have different understanding of correct policy or procedure. I am looking for simple, fun, ways to engage employees to confirm understanding of policies.
