I've read the materials about scenario design, and here is one suggested context for the project:
A tutor on a post graduate course called 'coaching and mentoring' is enthusiastic about using technology, but is very busy. He has run the course face-to-face in the past and is unsure about how the students will cope with learning online when so much of the course involves discussion and reflection. He has tried some simple 'introduce yourself' forum activities, but they didn't seem to work very well. The students are work-based, mature students.
Is this what is required?
