This sounded promissing... what happened next?  Is this still progressing?

Hi Aidan,

Yes, we had a first meeting on 7th of October 2015 at the Open University. Our next meeting is on the 23rd of February at Greenwhich University.

The session is open to all with an interest in Learning Design. Shall I add you to our mailing list? I have included the email that I send out regarding this meeting below.

Kind regards,

Date for your diary - 23rd of February 2016

Dear colleagues,

I hope that you are well and looking forward to a relaxing Xmas break. As 2016 is approaching soon, I thought that it would be good to get a date in the diary and make some plans for our next meeting.

The next meeting for the Learning Design Cross Institutional Network will take place on the 23rd of February at Greenwich University. The meeting will take place between 10am and 4pm, we will follow a similar format to the last meeting with demonstrations of tools and discussions. As we have a bit more time and in response to suggestions from colleagues, we will also include a brief research dissemination slot.

I am still looking for colleagues to contribute, so please do email me if you would like to share a tool or a Learning Design related research paper. In our last meeting, we discussed opportunities for future collaboration and I would like to spend some time establishing a series of small working groups in which colleagues that are interested can work together. If one of you would like to facilitate that session, or have any ideas, please let me know.

More information will follow in January in terms of the program, but I hope that you will all put this date in your diary. Those of you that have completed the Doodle Poll, I assume that you will be attending, so please let me know if you can't make it.

Kind regards,
