As a materials developer, I use a more detailed version of 4 T’s to create lesson outlines (i.e. specifying items listed in Issue 2 above) and this is supported by further documentation. The outlines then serve as the basis for actual content writing. Also, although individual, pair, small group, large group, class activities are specified, the actual total number of students per class isn’t. This figure changes from class to class.
