'Institutional strategies for OER' will consider a variety of current national and international open educational resource (OER) projects.  It will explore the obstacles the projects have faced, and the basis of their success, with a particular focus on the impact of institutional strategy.  The event will include an examination of the effect of government policy, and how it encourages or inhibits sector engagement in OER.
