Now in its fifth year and set in the spotlight of increased tuition fees and significant government efficiency savings, this year's Enhancing the Student Experience National Conference brings together more than 200 higher education leaders to examine how to manage and exceed students’ diverse expectations in these challenging times.

The new system of graduate contributions and subsidised loans will have a wide-ranging impact on how future students will experience higher education, including increased scrutiny from students and government on the student experience.

You will hear from university leaders and experts, who set out the latest intelligence on diverse undergraduate expectations, showcase good practice, highlight innovative new solutions and examine how all institutions can secure their reputation and market share by engaging students as active partners.

Speakers include:

Professor Michael Farthing
Chair 1994 Group and Vice-Chancellor, University of Sussex

Liam Burns
President, National Union of Students

Sean Mackney
Deputy Chief Executive, Higher Education Academy

Ben Lewis
Head of Student Advisory Services Division, Vice Chair- AMOSSHE The Student Services Organisation
